“ So always been fan of Shang Artisan Noodles and been prior location many times. I pass by flamingo location everyday to work. I never got around to trying it. Great about cousin foodie tours we have the same taste in food and just local spots off the strip are the best. Shang Artisan Noodles no secret if local. It gets packed lot so make sure go at right time. The inside really impressed. It super nice feel like high end noodle shop in strip hotel. The menu has nice diversity. Really all about hand pulled noodle or knife cut noodle. I ended up going with my go to beef noodle soup with hand pulled noodles. On point as always. The broth so tasty. Noodles everyone knew legit. One of the best noodle soups can get. It hearty so value and if want spicy they got it! Cousin got close to max and one bite like not for me. Service no doubt five stars. Friendly, attentive, and all smiles. ”
“ Five-Star Review for Shang's Artisan Noodle If you're searching for the best handmade noodles in town, Shang's Artisan Noodle is the place to be. From the moment you walk in, you know you're in for something special. The warm and inviting atmosphere, the incredible aromas of fresh, hand-pulled noodles being tossed in sizzling woks, and the friendly service all set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. This isn't just a meal--it's an event. Let's start with the star of the show: the noodles. The craftsmanship that goes into each bowl is unreal. You can see the chefs expertly stretching and pulling the dough right in front of you, and the result is nothing short of perfection. The texture is spot on--perfectly chewy yet tender, soaking up every bit of the rich, flavorful sauces. It's rare to find noodles this fresh and well-balanced, and Shang's absolutely nails it. Now, onto the dishes--and let me just say, everything on the menu is a winner, but the shrimp stir-fry is hands down my favorite. The shrimp are cooked to perfection--tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The stir-fry sauce is the perfect balance of savory and slightly sweet, coating the noodles and vegetables in a way that makes every bite better than the last. The fresh, crisp veggies add the perfect crunch, making this dish a total home run. But I can't stop there because the cucumbers with ginger sauce are an absolute must-try! This dish is so simple yet so incredibly flavorful. The cucumbers are crisp and refreshing, with just the right amount of bite, and the ginger sauce takes them to another level. It's the perfect balance of light, tangy, and slightly sweet--an ideal appetizer to start the meal or a great side to cleanse the palate between bites of rich, savory noodles. And, of course, no meal here is complete without a Mexican Coca-Cola. There's just something about that glass bottle and the real cane sugar that makes it taste so much better than a regular soda. It's the perfect way to wash down the bold, flavorful dishes at Shang's. Every time I visit, I leave beyond satisfied, already thinking about what I'll try next. The attention to detail, from the handmade noodles to the bold flavors in every dish, makes Shang's Artisan Noodle stand out as one of the best spots around. If you love noodles, stir-fries, or just incredible food in general, this is a must-visit. I can't recommend it enough and will definitely be coming back again and again. ”
“ Got this to go via DoorDash so can't speak to the restaurant. But the food is as good as I remember from the first time I tried it several years ago. You know food is good when it's still tasty when it comes to you after it's traveled a ways. Will order again when I'm back in Vegas. ”
“ This place is the real deal! The noodles here are incredibly tasty--I felt like I was back on vacation in Beijing. One of the things I really enjoyed was the freshness of their homemade noodles and the ability to choose my noodle type. I was leaning toward the hand-pulled noodles, but the knife-cut ones looked just as tempting. As for the taste, these were some of the best noodles I've ever had. The broth was rich and full of deep flavor, while the beef was tender and fell apart with every bite. Another highlight was the open kitchen with glass windows, where you can watch the chefs expertly craft these artisan noodles--it adds to the experience. Service was excellent as well. My server was kind, checked on us multiple times, and kept my water glass full, which I really appreciated. The restaurant was a full house when I walked in, so I recommend putting yourself on the waitlist in advance if you can. ”
“ Enjoyable experience and delicious piping hot noodles for a chilly winter evening! We came around 8pm on a Saturday and there still was a wait - as a tip, get on the waitlist virtually on Yelp first! But as we waited, we got to peruse the menu and also watch the chefs inside fling out batches and batches of freshly hand pulled noodles, working their craft. It was fun to look around the various decor in the brightly lit restaurant and what the other patrons chose to order and enjoy. We ended up being seated in about 15 minutes with bar seating so we could watch the chefs inside even more! We wanted to try a variety of types of noodles and dishes, so went with one soup noodle, one soup, and one stir-fry noodle. You can pick from hand-pulled noodles, knife-cut noodles, and normal noodles (not made in store, I believe), so we made sure to pick some of each. - Beef noodle soup with hand pulled noodles: the beef was very tender and flavorful, not really gristly! Bok choy was cooked to perfection - not too soft, but just soft enough. And the noodles went really well with the semi-spicy, savory, clean beef broth - Chicken stir fry knife cut noodles: There was a surprisingly generous amount of chicken breast meat in this dish, along with an ample amount of cabbage, carrots, and other veggies. The stir fry really enhanced the chewiness of the fresh noodles, which were flavorful but not soggy with sauce - Wonton soup: Many wontons in this soup! Not just 3-4 like some places give, I think we counted perhaps 10 generously filled large wontons happily floating among the delicate egg strips and seaweed. This light broth was particularly impressive - simple but rich at the same time, the kind you can just keep on sipping and sipping. Each dish was very reasonably priced at ~$13-$16 with large portions. We'd come in very hungry and left very sleepy and full with the delicious food! Parking in the lot was okay - a little full at times, and a little sketchy looking, but we still found a spot. We found front of house service to be a little slow and inefficient, leading to the wait times, but kind and friendly. Overall one of our favorite meals in the area! ”
“ Great noodles with amazing portion/price. Theres a decent amount of parking. I definitely recommend jumping onto the waitlist before arriving to save time on waiting. Ordered the san Dan noodles and the spicy wontons. Both were so amazing. I loved whatever sauce the spicy wontons. There was a bit of sweetness and i was addicted. Looking forward to coming back again. ”
“ We found this place by accident while we were in Las Vegas in August of 2021. I seriously thought I wrote a review. When I posted this review, my review from 2021 came up. Well I still remember how I loved their food. I especially loved they make their own noodles, it was so fresh and it had the perfect texture, al dente. I am not surprised that this restaurant made the top 100 Chinese restaurant in the nation, coming in at number 15. The restaurant is small and the decor had a rustic feel. The service was great, it was very busy when we went, and the staff was still very attentive. ”
“ Really good noodle and price so reasonable. Reqlly recommended when u visit las vegas ”
“ The best noodles, the best service and we had the chance to sit on the bar where we can watch how they prepare the fresh noodles. ”
“ Visited Dec 23, 2024. Food and service was great! This post is primarily a PSA! While we enjoyed the food and service, the rest of the experience was horrible. Our car got broken into, broken windows, and low lives stole our belongings including laptops, iPad, AirPods, clothes, etc. We parked next door at Amigo Tires. Another family also had the same bad experience. It happened on 12/23/24 around 7:45pm-8:30pm. If anyone saw the incident or know anything about it, please contact me and call the Spring Valley Police (702) 828-2639! Thank you very much! ”
